Starting with yoga asanas... Where do we start?

The practice of physcal yoga postures in the west has become as complicated and confused as it has become popular. Many turn to yoga looking to improve their lives; they are looking for peace, relaxation, answers to their problems as well as physical benefits like flexibility and strength. But where to start? Even just choosing which one style of physical postures to follow can be daunting. This site offers basics which are really similar no matter what style one ends up choosing as their focus. Styles here are based on classical hatha, but can be utilyzed and adapted to other styles... When it comes down to it, there is really just ONE yoga, one life.
