Traffic control

 

     This is a practice done at retreat centers of a spiritual group, Brahma Kumaris. Once an hour on the hour for one minute music comes over a loudspeaker and whatever you are doing at the moment, you stop for the minute. You take a minute to return to your inner being. Do a short meditaiton or just take a few breaths. You will find peacefulness returning to your being, no matter how stressful the situation you are in. For just a minute, drop it, step back, and return refreshed. If more would include this practice in their daily life, the world would be much happier.
