Experience the stillness in this precise moment

Experiencing existance

 

Close your eyes and slowly bring your awareness inward. In this moment, there is nowhere you have to go, nothing you have to do. In this moment, you have all the time in the world. Allow any stress, tension, or anxiety to drift away... Observe it as it goes to a place far away, never to return, and simply experience this moment as it is right now. Experience the stillness of this moment. Focus totally on experiencing this present moment for as long as you like.

 

Bring your attention to your thoughts. Are you having many thoughts, a few thoughts? Don't judge the thoughts, simply acknowledge and observe them for some time... and allow the thoughts to relax. Allow your brain to relax.

 

Next, bring your attention to your emotions. What are you feeling right now and how does it feel to you in your system? Again, don't try to change anything. Just accept the emotion and observe for some time... and allow all emotions to relax. Allow your heart to relax.

 

Finally, bring your attention to your physical body. Are you experiencing any physical reactions to the thoughts and emotions you have been observing? For example, if you are nervous you might feel some tightness in the stomach. Do you have any physical pain anywhere? If so, exhaling, try to allow the pain to leave. Experience the subtle life energy throughout your entire body. Continue focusing on the sensations in the physical body for some time... and allow the physical body to relax.
